Kandahar Bed

An Indian bed inspired by designs from the valleys of the Hindu Kush; the intricate hand carved sheshamwood frame evokes images of life in another time and place.

Our Indian beds – the Kandahar, Khyber and Shalimar – are made by a Bishnoi family in Rajasthan; click here for more details about the Bishnoi people.

We also make a version with a higher headboard for those of you who like lots of pillows – take a look at the Khyber bed.

Delivery

Our prices include delivery on the UK mainland – except for Scotland, Wales and Cornwall for which delivery costs £10.

Within the Sheffield area we usually deliver on Saturdays.

Outside the Sheffield area we use a carrier called Tuffnels. Delivery will be on an agreed weekday between 8am and 6pm. Alternatively, you can specify delivery on an agreed weekday between 8am and 1pm or on a Saturday between 8am and 2pm – for this there is a charge of £25.
